Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User") and s9s9s ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of s9s9s, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use s9s9s.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of s9s9s is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age threshold applies universally to all Users regardless of their country of residence. s9s9s enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all associated funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited in their entirety.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. s9s9s is operated by an internationally licensed offshore entity. Users are solely and exclusively responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is legal under the laws of their own jurisdiction. s9s9s does not make any representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is strictly forbidden, and s9s9s reserves the right to block access from any territory at its sole discretion.
2.3 Indonesian Users. The Platform is designed primarily for Indonesian players. Indonesia's primary gambling statute, the Public Gambling Act 1867, predates the internet and its application to offshore platforms accessed online by Indonesian residents exists in a legal grey area that has not been definitively resolved by Indonesian courts or regulators. Users who are residents of Indonesia access s9s9s at their own risk and on their own legal assessment. s9s9s recommends that Indonesian residents seek independent legal advice before registering.
Age Verification is Mandatory. s9s9s employs automated and manual identity-verification checks. Providing false age information during registration constitutes fraud. s9s9s reserves the right to share evidence of such fraud with relevant authorities.
2.4 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; (b) you are not acting on behalf of any third party; (c) you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence; (d) you are not an employee, contractor, or family member of an s9s9s employee in a role involving access to non-public pricing, odds, or RNG data.
3.1 One Account Per User. Each individual may hold exactly one registered account on s9s9s. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, identities, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. s9s9s employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. s9s9s reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration information. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. s9s9s will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. You must notify s9s9s immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. s9s9s is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. Full KYC verification — including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and, where required, a recent utility bill or bank statement — must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. s9s9s may request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon first withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. s9s9s accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in IDR. s9s9s does not accept cryptocurrency deposits and is not responsible for funds sent via unsupported channels.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. s9s9s reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of applicable limits during the deposit flow.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may be extended in the following circumstances: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the withdrawal amount triggers a manual compliance review; (c) the User's designated bank or e-wallet is experiencing downtime. s9s9s is not liable for delays caused by the User's financial institution.
4.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your s9s9s account are obtained from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. s9s9s is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations of its licensing jurisdiction.
4.5 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the User's own name and previously used for a deposit to the same account. s9s9s does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by s9s9s are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering (rollover) requirements, game eligibility, maximum bet per round while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times — expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30× the bonus amount) — before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Progress toward wagering requirements is tracked in real time and visible in the User's account dashboard.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings: (a) using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; (b) placing low-risk, offsetting bets across multiple outcomes to circumvent wagering requirements; (c) using bonus funds on games excluded from wagering contribution; (d) sharing or transferring bonuses between accounts.
Note on Wagering Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and togel (lottery) markets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%). Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's detailed terms.
5.4 Right to Withdraw or Modify Offers. s9s9s reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect Users who have already opted into that offer and begun satisfying its terms in good faith.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. s9s9s reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) a market has been suspended due to breaking news or regulatory instruction; (c) the User has a pattern of exploiting pricing errors; or (d) the User's wagering activity is inconsistent with recreational play and suggests use of automated tools or professional betting systems.
6.2 Settled Bets. Once a wager has been officially settled by s9s9s — with the outcome and settlement confirmed in the User's transaction history — it may not be altered, reversed, or voided except in cases of verified system error reported within 24 hours of settlement.
6.3 Lottery and Togel Markets. Results for togel (Toto Gelap, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — including Togel SGP, Togel HK, Togel SDY, and Togel Macau — are determined by the published draw results of the respective official lottery body. s9s9s bears no responsibility for delays in draw result publication by the originating lottery operator.
6.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets close automatically upon occurrence of certain events (e.g., kick-off, first card, first score). s9s9s does not guarantee the availability of any specific live market and may suspend live markets at any time without notice.
6.5 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that results in a manifest error in the display of odds or game outcomes, s9s9s reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the User's account. This provision does not constitute an admission of any ongoing technical liability.
7.1 Player Protection Tools. s9s9s provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) session time limits with on-screen alerts; (c) temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months); (d) permanent self-exclusion; (e) full account activity and spending history download. These tools are accessible directly from the account dashboard without requiring a support ticket.
7.2 Self-Exclusion. A User who elects permanent self-exclusion will have their account closed with immediate effect. s9s9s will make reasonable commercial efforts to prevent the re-registration of self-excluded Users. However, if a self-excluded User circumvents these measures and re-registers, s9s9s does not accept liability for any resulting losses.
7.3 Gambling as Entertainment. Gambling is entertainment. It should never be treated as a means of generating income, relieving financial pressure, or recovering previous losses. 8.1 Grounds for Suspension. s9s9s reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
8.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for cause, s9s9s reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the User has engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, s9s9s may forfeit the account balance to cover administrative costs, losses suffered, and damages. In all other termination scenarios, verified account balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method following clearance of any pending bets or transactions.
8.3 Voluntary Closure. A User may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting s9s9s support. Pending bets will be settled per their normal terms before the account is closed. Verified balances will be returned within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.
9.1 Platform Content. All content on the s9s9s Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, data, software, interface designs, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of s9s9s or its licensed content partners. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of s9s9s.
9.2 User Licence. s9s9s grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to any form of data scraping, odds harvesting, automated access, or commercial exploitation of Platform content.
10.1 Data Processing. s9s9s collects, processes, and stores personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the s9s9s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
10.2 Marketing Communications. By registering, you consent to receive transactional communications (account confirmations, security alerts, withdrawal notifications) via email and SMS. Promotional communications are opt-in and may be managed from your account notification preferences at any time.
11.1 Platform Availability. s9s9s strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure incidents, and events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. s9s9s is not liable for any losses — including lost wagering opportunities — arising from Platform downtime.
11.2 Wagering Losses. s9s9s is not liable for any financial losses a User sustains through wagering on the Platform. All outcomes are governed by independently certified random number generators or live real-world events, and s9s9s does not influence, manipulate, or guarantee outcomes of any wager.
11.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s9s9s's aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
No Guarantees of Winnings. Nothing in s9s9s's marketing materials, platform content, or these Terms constitutes a guarantee of profit or winnings. Past jackpot awards and featured winner amounts are not indicative of future results. All gambling involves risk.
12.1 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s9s9s holds its international gaming licence, without regard to that jurisdiction's conflict-of-law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a User and s9s9s, the User should first contact s9s9s support at [email protected] to seek resolution through our internal complaints process. s9s9s undertakes to respond to formal complaints within 10 business days (WIB). If a dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints process, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral body in the licensing jurisdiction.
12.3 No Class Actions. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Users waive any right to bring claims as a class representative or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
13.1 Right to Amend. s9s9s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent on-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the change is required urgently by regulatory instruction or a security incident.
13.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. Your continued use of s9s9s following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
