By registering an account or continuing to use s9s9s after this Policy takes effect, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it. This Policy should be read alongside the s9s9s Terms & Conditions.
1.1 For the purposes of this Policy, the data controller is the s9s9s operating entity — an internationally licensed offshore gaming company operating the platform at https://s9s9s.cam ("s9s9s", "we", "us", "our"). s9s9s is registered under the laws of its licensing jurisdiction and holds a valid international online gaming licence.
1.2 The primary market served by s9s9s is Indonesia. While Indonesian data protection law (Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi, UU PDP No. 27 of 2022) may apply to Indonesian residents, s9s9s also aligns its data practices with internationally recognised data protection standards to ensure a consistent, high level of protection for all users regardless of their location.

Note on Sensitive Data: s9s9s does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (health data, political opinions, biometric data) unless specifically required for a compliance purpose and with explicit consent. No Automated Decision-Making with Legal Effect: s9s9s does not use fully automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on users — such as account closure — without a human review stage. Automated systems may flag accounts for review; a member of the compliance team always completes the final determination.
7.1 s9s9s does not sell your personal data. Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the operation of the Platform, the fulfilment of legal obligations, or the protection of legitimate interests, and only under contractual data-processing agreements that bind those third parties to handle your data with at least the same level of care as s9s9s.

7.3 s9s9s does not share personal data with third-party advertisers, social media platforms, or data analytics companies for the purpose of behavioural advertising directed at s9s9s users outside the Platform.
s9s9s retains personal data for the periods set out below, after which data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or a legitimate ongoing dispute.

9.1 s9s9s implements technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the nature and sensitivity of the personal data held. These measures include, but are not limited to:
9.2 Notwithstanding the measures above, no data transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free. s9s9s cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible attacks. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials and notifying s9s9s immediately upon detecting any unauthorised access to their account.
10.1 s9s9s uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including local storage, session tokens, and device fingerprinting) to operate the Platform, maintain session state, prevent fraud, and analyse Platform performance. The following categories of cookies are in use:

10.2 s9s9s does not deploy third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels that enable cross-site behavioural profiling of our users for the benefit of external advertisers.
10.3 You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair Platform functionality, including the ability to maintain your login session.
As a data subject, you hold the following rights in relation to your personal data held by s9s9s. To exercise any of these rights, contact the s9s9s Data Protection team at the address in Clause 15. Requests will be acknowledged within 5 business days and fulfilled within 30 calendar days.
12.1 s9s9s is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of 21. The Platform does not knowingly collect or process personal data belonging to persons under 21 years of age. Age is verified through mandatory KYC identity document review at account registration and, where applicable, at first withdrawal.
12.2 If s9s9s discovers that an account has been registered by a person under 21, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all associated funds forfeited, and the personal data of that individual handled solely in accordance with our legal obligations — including any obligation to report to relevant authorities — before being securely deleted.
12.3 If you believe a person under the age of 21 has registered on s9s9s, please notify the Data Protection team at the contact address in Clause 15 immediately.
13.1 s9s9s operates as an international platform. Personal data collected from Indonesian users may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside Indonesia — including the jurisdiction in which s9s9s holds its gaming licence, and any jurisdiction where contracted third-party processors maintain their infrastructure.
13.2 Where personal data is transferred internationally, s9s9s ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual data-processing agreements with receiving parties that impose equivalent data protection obligations. Users who object to their data being transferred internationally may request account closure and data deletion subject to the retention obligations in Clause 8.
14.1 s9s9s reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes — those that affect user rights or the nature of data processing — will be communicated to registered users via email and a prominent on-platform notification, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the revised policy takes effect.
14.2 Minor or administrative updates (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
14.3 Your continued use of s9s9s after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not accept a material change, you may request account closure before the new policy takes effect.
15.1 Data Protection Inquiries. 15.2 Complaints. If you are dissatisfied with how s9s9s has handled your personal data and have not received a satisfactory response through our internal process, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. Indonesian residents may contact the Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) or the dedicated Personal Data Protection authority established under UU PDP No. 27 of 2022 once operational.
